We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

 

Your Statutory Rights

If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK law, including Scotland). This applies whether you bought in-store or online. For online, mail, or phone orders, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund (excluding certain items, see below).

 

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@allthecolour.co.uk. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Earrings Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If your item is faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Personal care items (such as cosmetics or underwear) if opened

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Digital downloads or software once accessed

International Orders

We accept returns from customers worldwide. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items, and shipping times may vary.

Disputes

If you have any concerns or disputes about your return or refund, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. If you are not satisfied, you may have the right to seek further advice from your local consumer protection agency.
