Shipping and Delivery

All our items are all handmade in our home, making each one unique and special. 

We strive to create your items with care and attention to detail. Our estimated delivery times allow for this high level of craftsmanship.

Please allow 7–14 days for production and 3–7 days for shipping.  In some cases, where we have items already made, delivery can be much quicker than this.

If you have a particularly urgent need for one of our products, please just let us know by putting a message in the 'Special Instructions' box in the Checkout. Then we can let you know if we can deliver to meet your requirements.  If we can't, we'll be happy to refund your order.
